Welcome to the official launch of my Blog!

I am so EXCITED to introduce this new section on my website. I will update my blog from time to time to provide you with great tips and secrets on living a happier, healthier life. So be sure to keep coming back! I love that you can get to know me on a personal level here.

So many of you open up your hearts and tell me the stumbling blocks you face. Now, I’d like to tell you how I turned my setbacks into the most rewarding experience of my life.

Since I was a young girl, I had a serious sensitivity to chemicals: perfumes, colognes, MSG, commercial air fresheners, pharmaceutical drugs and the list goes on. I would get severe heart palpitations, feel a constraining tightness in my throat, suffer from tension headaches and break out into hives.  I literally felt uncomfortable in my own skin! But since I was functional on a day to day, I just accepted and lived with it.

When I was 25 years old, I was diagnosed with a disorder called fibromyalgia. That was the turning point when I experienced a life-altering epiphany.

The doctor told me there was no cure for this in the medical books.

He prescribed muscle relaxants and anti-depressants to help me deal with the pain, but they made me feel worse. My body couldn’t handle their side effects. I felt trapped, limited and scared. I endured spasm every day that took on an emotional toll and mental strain. I was determined to find a better way to live!

My illness was a blessing in disguise. It inspired me to educate myself and take on a new approach to restore my health and wellbeing with a natural approach. I started learning about the benefits of organic foods, the power of proper nutrition and how emotions play a huge role in healing. That is where I began my journey with Holistic Nutrition and practices – and I am grateful that I did. Thankfully, today I am living pain-free with no symptoms. I feel more energetic and invigorated than ever!

For me, there is nothing more rewarding than practicing techniques that help empower people to overcome setbacks – physically, emotionally and mentally.

I thank you from the bottom of my heart for all your support, kind words and compliments. Please keep visiting my blog. This is only the beginning!
