For years, before I learned all the techniques I now use on a daily basis, I struggled with mind chatters. If I have some event that really upset me. Oh boy. Watch out! Those monkeys come out of everywhere and put in their two cents worth… I have to say, I had these mind chatters went on for months. Ridiculous isn’t it?
